Sounds like they got Frank Welker as Fred, Don Messick as Scooby, Pat Stevens as Velma and Heather North as Daphne. But that's DEFINITELY not Casey Kasem as Shaggy!
I was just reading about this LP somewhere the a couple days ago, and now I can't remember where it was. I guess that Casey Kasem refused to do the LP because it was a Peter Pan project, and he would only do projects for WB. Not sure who did that voice. It was either Billy West, Scott Innes or Scott Menville. At least according to Wikipedia they are the only ones who have ever doen Shaggy's voice overs. I know whoever it was didn't do a good job at all.

I was online today and found your page lookin for the Cover Art as I only have the LP. I am converting my whole collection to MP3 this month.
The Voice of Shaggy is credited as Duncan Robertson on the center LP label.
