"THE TIN WOODMAN OF OZ" (ST-3992 1969)

I HAVEN'T FOUND ANY INFO ON THE VOICE ACTORS FOR THIS LP. I'M ALMOST SURE THOUGH THAT THE VOICE OF WOOT IS A TEENAGE RONNY HOWARD.

EDIT: I JUST FOUND IN THE DOOMBUGGIES HAUNTED MANSION WEBSITE THAT RONNIE HOWARD IS INDEED THE VOICE OF WOOT ON THIS LP. HE TEAMED ON THIS AND MANY OTHER DISNEYLAND LPS WITH ROBBIE LESTER. I'M NOT SURE WHICH VOICE(S) LESTER DOES ON THIS LP. I'M THINKING ONE OF THE VOICES SHE DID WAS THAT OF POLYCHROME.
EDIT: THANKS TO A BLOG READER HERE I HAVE THE CAST LIST OF THIS LP. THANKS FAUXEP:

SAM EDWARDS - Narrator, Cowardly Lion, Tin Woodman, Hip-po-gy-raf

DALLAS McKINNON - Scarecrow of Oz, Captain Fyter

ROBBIE LESTER - Polychrome, Ninnie Amee

GINNY TYLER - Mr. Yoop, The Lioness, The Scarecrowess, Ozma, Jinjur

RONNY HOWARD - Woot The Wanderer

NEWS - THERE WAS ONE OTHER LP THAT RONNY HOWARD AND ROBBIE LESTER DID TOGETHER CALLED "THE STORY AND SONGS OF THE ORANGE BIRD" THAT WAS BASED ON THE ORANGE BIRD OF THE FLORIDA ORANGE JUICE COMMERCIALS. I WAS ABLE TO FIND A COPY OF IT LAST NIGHT, AND SHOULD HAVE IT TO SHARE IN ABOUT A WEEK. I'M THINKING NEXT THOUGH THAT I WILL DO "HEIDI'S SONG". HERE'S THE ONLY PHOTO I COULD FIND OF THE ORANGE BIRD LP ONLINE:

Hey, I have this record in my collection (unfortunately it is so scratched that it doesn't play well) but I can help you with the cast list. It is as follows:

SAM EDWARDS - Narrator, Cowardly Lion, Tin Woodman, Hip-po-gy-raf

DALLAS McKINNON - Scarecrow of Oz, Captain Fyter

ROBBIE LESTER - Polychrome, Ninnie Amee

GINNY TYLER - Mr. Yoop, The Lioness, The Scarecrowess, Ozma, Jinjur

RONNY HOWARD - Woot The Wanderer

Hope that helps. By the way, if you have a download of this I would love to get a copy.

Thanks for that info. My copy wasn't as good as the Scarecrow Of Oz, but i was able to clean it up fairly well. Download will be up in about 5 minutes.

Hi,, Would you consider mirroring this on rapidshare, filesend, or some other site that does not require captchas? Megaupload is not accessible to blind users because there is no audio alternative to the captcha required to download a file. Thanks for considering this.

If you contact MegaUpload, and let them know you are legaly blind they will give you a free Premium Account. I apologize, but being disabled on a fixed income I have had to go with MegaUpload because of their Reward Points system that gives you free Premium Account access. As I say if you contact MegaUpload they should be able to resolve the issue anyway. I know several members of one of the Yahoo Music Forums have done this.

Hi. I contacted them and got absolutely no response. :( So it looks like I'll be missing this one. I do understand where you are coming from re: costs. I paid for one month of rapidshare, but I won't be doing that again.

BTW, filesend.net has free registration and allows you to upload files as large as 300mb in size. There is no maximum on the number of files you can upload as a free user. (This is detailed in the FAQ, though other parts of the site made it look confusing.) Unfortunately, the files expire if they are not downloaded in two months. But it might be a good site to consider if you want to mirror something.

I normally use ShareBee.com if I mirror something, but the process of sharing each LP takes so long that I just don't have time to mirror every single LP I share.

I'm not sure what the trouble is with Mega not getting back to you because the members at Zounds_Group Yahoo forum don't seem to have any trouble getting in touch with them. Sorry.

This is great stuff! Can't wait for Orange Bird! Thanks Dave! I am a Disneyland Record collector and these are great examples of truly vintage audio. Anyway, I have made mp3's of most of my Disney records and am very willing to share. Still learning about sharing, any suggestions will help.

That'd be great to hear HAUNTDMANSN. Most people seem to prefer DivShare, RapidShare, ShareBee or MegaUpload. If ShareBee.com would ever get their act together, and put up the Multiple File Uploader they promised me in an email way back in October then I would use them because they give the downloader 3 or 4 choices of where to download from.

Also to angie I have done a Rapidshare Mirror of this LP for you. I don't see me doing it for all of my shares though. Just way too time comsuming. Sorry.
