Side One has Barney starting a new job as a real estate agent. He asks Fred to go with him to try and sell his first house. It turns out to be haunted.
Side Two has Fred and the gang going to a local canyon where a dare-devil jumper is going to try and jump across the canyon so he can win a record deal.
